FAQ
Fee Policies
- Fees are renewed quarterly and must be paid in advance. Monthly renewals are not accepted, except for the first month of admission.
-
- Renewal Deadline: Fees must be renewed on or before the 7th of each applicable month. Failure to renew by the due date may result in the release of the allotted class slot.
-
- Teachers will not be able to conduct classes for students who have not paid the fees by the 7th of the month.
- A 10% group discount is available when two or more students enroll together or when a student enrolls in more than one course.
-
- This discount applies only to the first two students or courses. Any additional student or course will be charged at the standard rate.
-
- If a student has paid fees for two courses and later wishes to adjust to only one course, the 10% discount will no longer apply, and the fees will be adjusted accordingly.
- If a student plans to take a long leave or break, this must be communicated at the time of fee renewal. Fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the period of absence.
-
- If the leave is not communicated in advance, it will be treated as ‘absent’ and handled as per the regular compensation policy.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
